Patricia is founding partner of López, Villanueva & Heurtematte – Lovill LatamLex, where she heads the Real Estate Law Department and provides legal advice to local and international companies currently developing real estate projects in Panama.

Patricia has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Louisville, a Juris Doctor degree from the School of Law, Loyola University New Orleans and a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) from Loyola University New Orleans. She is also a licensed real estate broker and a licensed translator (English/Spanish)
She was named Outstanding Practitioner in the areas of Real Estate and Corporate Law by Chambers & Partners Latin America in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015.
